PMMail interface to BogoFilter. This package supplies the required REXX scripts, to allow PMMail to use the BogoFilter package (available for separate download, from HOBBES). BogoFilter is a Bayesian filter program. There is the main script, which causes incoming mail to be scanned by BogoFilter, which evaluates the words, to determine if the e-mail is SPAM, or not. It then adds a line in the header, which indicates the results of the evaluation. From that information, a PMMail filter can separate the SPAM into a folder (or the TRASH, if you prefer). Two other filters (or, with PMMail 1.96a, a separate training program) call the REXX scripts to train BogoFilter to recognize e-mail that was not evaluated as SPAM, to be rcognized as SPAM, and to train it to NOT recognize it as SPAM, if it was erroneously evaluated as being SPAM.
