Description:
A port of tcm v 0.4.2 for OS/2 from Unix. tcm is a connection monitor for ircd. I have tested it on my own EFNet style ircd and it works fine. Don't know if it'll work with Undernet or DALnet ircd's. (tcm-v0.4.2-os2.zip)
