Replacement BVHSVGA.DLL to work with ATI drivers and f/s sessions. ATI drivers all seem to lock up when starting a fullscreen command line session. Replace \os2\dll\bvhsvga.dll with this one. (atibvhs.zip) (bvhatiw4.zip). Super VGA Base Video Handler revision 8.235 by IBM.
