Description:
A PM CPU monitor program. This program displays a continuous graph of the processor utilisation in a PM window. It in fact measures the processor idle time by counting the number of times a very low priority thread can loop in a NOP loop in a given (but user configurable) time period. The program will remember its location and size if it is normally closed.
