Description:
Completely deletes data. Wipe OBLITERATES data, which deleting does not. Deleting a file merely reassigns its data to the free pool of the disk. Until that freed up data actually gets re-used by another file, the data still exists and CAN BE READ BY ANYONE with a simple disk utility. Public Domain. (wipe.zip)
